All our training courses are booked and delivered by contacting us on the contacts page or by using the forms below. Email is best but feel free to contact via phone too. Below you will also find our social rides which are purely done for fun and generally free unless materials have to be provided. Your host on the ride will be one of the Cycle Training Manchesters Instructors. It should be noted that any social rides listed below are undertaken totally at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or accident from taking part in a social ride.

holiday courses    Social rideouts - Autumn 2017
We will be holding some more social ride outs in the Autumn for all our riders and their families. The emphasis here is on fun. Check our facebook page for details of when our next rides are happening.

All rides are subject to weather and instructor/ride leader availability. There is no instruction on any of our free rides.

holiday courses    Holiday courses 2017
We run holiday courses every half term (weather permitting). Courses include everything from learn to ride sessions to advanced road craft level 3. We also run bicycle maintenance courses throughout the holidays.
We also have free fun rides running throughout most holidays, these include mountain bike sessions.
Our Holiday cycle courses and ride outs run acrosse the North West in locations such as Oldham, Manchester, Northwich, Wigan, Leyland, Stockport, Middlewich, Frodsham, Bury, Meltham, Standedge.
All our August 2017 holiday cycling courses are now full but we will next run holiday courses in October half term, once we have finalised venues we will post full details on facebook.
We also run cycling courses most weekends so have a check below to see if there is a weekend and time that suits you.

rideout    Learn To Ride A Bike / Bikeability Learn to ride
If you have never ridden a bike then this is for you. We teach all ages from 5 years old upwards this includes adults! You will learn how to balance, pedal and start yourself off in a safe area.
Training typically lasts 1.5 hours. We offer this course accross the North West with training dates anywhere in Manchester, Oldham, Lancashire, Warrington and Cheshire East or Cheshire West to suit you. Let us know your phone number along with your address on the booking form stating any special needs you may have and we will do the rest. We will be in touch after recieving your booking with a location close to you and the price for learning how to ride a bike with us.

Bikeability    Bikeability Levels 1 - 3 Training
Fancy having a go at Bikeability? Then our Bikeability training is for you. This is open to all ages, there is no upper age limit, though some courses have a lower age limit. If you are a parent and your child fancies a second chance at getting the level you might not have managed to attain or that wasnt offered at school then this is the course for you. You can even take part yourself. Places are limited so book early and pop a note on the next page to say which level you want and which area you would like training to be conducted in.
Bikeability training can be on a one to one basis or as a group. All Bikeability training dates can be anywhere in Manchester, Oldham, Lancashire, Warrington and Cheshire East or Cheshire West to suit you. Let us know which level you wish to do along with your address on the booking form and we will do the rest, we will be in touch after recieving your booking with location and price.

rideout    Level 1 Confidence and National Standard Training
This is all about building your confidence up while riding in a safe area. You must be able to ride a bike to join this session. You will learn how to control your bike with one hand, look all around, avoid obstacles etc.
All training dates can be anywhere in Manchester, Oldham, Lancashire, Warrington and Cheshire East or Cheshire West to suit you.
Training typically lasts 2 hours, we will be in touch after recieving your booking with location and price.

rideout    Level 2 Confidence on quiet roads and National Standard Training
This is all about building your confidence up while riding in a quiet roads.
All training dates can be anywhere in Manchester, Oldham, Lancashire, Warrington and Cheshire East or Cheshire West to suit you.
Training typically lasts 2 hours for small groups, we will be in touch after recieving your booking with location and price.

rideout    Level 3 Confidence on busy roads and National Standard Training
This is all about riding on busier roads and being able to use advanced positioning.
All training dates can be anywhere in Manchester, Oldham, Lancashire, Warrington and Cheshire East or Cheshire West to suit you.
Training typically lasts 2 hours, we will be in touch after recieving your booking with location and price.

rideout    Rideout - Easy social ride to Daisy Nook
This ride is a gentle social ride and best of all its FREE! Its just over 8 miles long and is suitable for all abilities.
We typically take around 3 hours on this ride which includes a lunch stop at Daisy nook visitor centre.

rideout    Rideout - Easy social ride to Daisy Nook with geocaching
This ride is a gentle social ride and takes in Geocaching along the way! Its just over 8 miles long and is suitable for all abilities.
We typically take around 3-4 hours on this ride which includes a lunch stop at Daisy nook visitor centre.
A GPS route map is available for download of this route by clicking on the GPSIES logo on the map below. Geocaching clues will be provided at the beginning of the ride. The ride costs ?15 per person
If you have your own gps and require waypoints for the caches then let us know and these will be supplied prior to the day we ride

rideout    Rideout - Dovestones circular
This ride is a 14 mile trip to a local beauty spot in Uppermill. You will need to be fairly fit as the terrain is hilly. Further details are available on our rideouts page

rideout    Rideout - Whitworth circular
A circular route taking in some of the pennine bridleway as well as the roman road (Rooley Moor RD) over the moor. There is some stunning scenery up here. The route is pretty harsh on the climb up Rooley Moor Rd so not suitable for road bikes. This trail gives a split of almost 50:50 of offroad followed by a good easy ride back which is mostly downhill to the start on road

A linear route taking in two of Oldhams nicest and prominent landmarks. Great views of surrounding countryside are available here too.
